On December 21, 2023, the Board of Trustees of the College of DuPage authorized the purchase of sixteen Sonon Ultrasound systems. The systems were purchased to support the student curriculum for the college’s Diagnostic Medical Imaging Sonography program and represent the very latest in Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) technology.
Healcerion’s Sonon Convex and Linear wireless ultrasound systems are designed for easy integration into secure enterprise networks and include multiple functions, customizable presets, and JPEG and DICOM file formats. The college appreciated the fact that the solution also includes support for Picture Archiving and Communication System and Workflow Servers, Color, PW, and M-Mode as standard, at no additional cost.
