Reduce Your Conference Costs & Double Your Lead Generation With Shared Exhibits

GMP recently attended the Defense Health Information Technology Symposium (DHITS) in Orlando, FL where we hosted four of our Healthcare IT

partners’ booths. We had a 20 x 20 booth for three of those partners and one partner in an adjacent booth. For this event, GMP worked with each company to create a three-piece linked display to provide continuity across all spaces within the shared booth. Each company still had their design and logo front and center, but the design helped the booth come together. (pictured to the right)

Benefits of Booth-Sharing:

  • Cost savings through cost sharing

  • Larger booth spaces attract more attention – higher volume of foot traffic

  • Double the lead generation as partners who chose to share the cost of lead capture got to share the entire list of leads generated across all companies

  • Customers seeking out a particular product, often also need other offerings in the booth from different companies

  • Gives customers “One-Stop-Shopping” opportunity instead of having to deal with multiple GSA contract holders

“DHITS was a great conference this year for the Vocera team. We generated double the leads than we did the year before and had more opportunities to speak with Government decision-makers than ever before.”

— MARK AGERTON SENIOR AREA SALES MANAGER, DOD WITH VOCERA COMMUNICATIONS
