The Buying Steps
Define Your Requirement
Identify the products or solutions your agency needs, including quantities, delivery requirements, and applicable agency procedures.
Confirm Scope and Availability
Check that the requirement fits Category A and that the specific offerings are available through GMP’s SEWP VI contract.
Request and Evaluate Quotes
Use NASA’s SEWP VI Quote Request Tool and the applicable fair-opportunity process. The buying agency evaluates responses and makes its selection.
Issue and Route Your Order
Issue the order through your agency’s procurement office and route it through the NASA SEWP Program Management Office for processing.
Delivery and Ongoing Support
GMP coordinates fulfillment, delivery, and order-related support with the appropriate technology partners.
